The Process Atrato is ideal for demanding industrial process environments while retaining the versatile capabilities of the standard Atrato flow meter. It is capable of measuring small flow rates starting from 2 ml/min with remarkable accuracy. The Process Atrato features a robust 316 stainless steel body, rated for a pressure of 20 bar (optional high-pressure variant up to 60 bar), and electronics sealed to IP65 standards. The only other wetted materials are PEEK and an elastomer of the customer’s choice, ensuring compatibility with a wide variety of fluids.
This flow meter is equipped with a pre-set ‘K’ factor, making all meters of the same flow range fully interchangeable. This simplifies assembly and setup procedures for OEM manufacturers. The Process Atrato offers two adaptable frequency outputs, one PNP and one NPN, and includes two multicolor LEDs to indicate signal strength, power malfunctions, and pulse outputs. Electrical connections are made through a standard four-pin M12 sensor connector.
